Assess your organization’s leaders with this leadership assessment. Leaders will be measured by their peers on 29 key leadership attributes, along with feedback on their leadership strengths and weaknesses. The Leadership Assessment will allow you to get a read on how each leader is perceived by those with whom the leader works.

Once you purchase the assessment, you will go through a setup survey where you provide your organization information. You will also provide a list of emails for each leader to be assessed. The assessment invitation will be sent to each email requesting that the person complete the assessment. After you close the assessment when you are finished, you will have a link to a downloadable report that will provide the results for each leader.

Once you purchase the assessment, you will go through a setup survey where you provide your organization information and select the specific attributes that you would like to include in your assessment. You will receive a link where you can test your survey to confirm your choices. When you are ready to deploy, simply setup the survey again and select “deploy.” You will then receive a link that you can distribute to your school community.

When you are ready to receive your report after you close the assessment, click to “close” the survey in My Assessments and within 24 hours you will receive a link to a downloadable report that will provide the results of your assessment.
